Advertising firm Publicis SA announced this week that it will be purchasing Saatchi & Saatchi PLC for about $1.9 billion in stock. In a survey put out by RECMA, a Paris-based agency billings researcher, Aegis Group and WPP Group top the digital agency ranks.
