ADOTAS — Online retailer Bigreds.com has filed a $1 million lawsuit against Yahoo Inc. There has been blame put on the previous mistakes which subsequently, did not bring in as much revenue from display ads and affiliates. Jerry Yang promises to turn this around. Yahoo has announced the clearance of its acquisition of Right Media for $650 million. This leaves the Google/DoubleClick deal for last to be cleared in the dealings made this past spring. Edelman Reports: Yahoo Beset by Click-Fraud

Anti-spyware guru Ben Edelman released a study yesterday on his blog connecting Yahoo’s earnings to fraudulent clicks. According to him, Yahoo’s media partnerships through their Overture ad network allows spyware vendors to purchase ads indirectly.
