Dell Acquires MessageOne For $155M
Dell Inc. on Tuesday announced its agreement to buy MessageOne Inc., an e-mail management services provider, for about $155 million in cash. MessageOne, which also provides archiving and business continuity services, was bought to round out Dell’s Software-as-a-Service suite.
