In a survey put out by RECMA, a Paris-based agency billings researcher, Aegis Group and WPP Group top the digital agency ranks. Aegis accounted for 28% of all digital media personnel in six holding companies and eight countries surveyed. The London-based company has a digital staff of 1,400 worldwide.
