Formerly a marketing and product manager for Dell’s Home and Small Business group, Hjelm managed significant e-commerce and global online marketing initiatives for Dell.com. Hjelm started his career in technology as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he focused on CRM and client-side e-commerce solutions.
