The 2018 Retail TouchPoints Customer Engagement Awards recognize 10 retail companies that are pushing the boundaries of innovation and technology to engage consumers across channels. This year’s winners have each strived to amaze, gratify and delight their customers in their respective industry segments.
Through a nomination process, the winners were selected based on, but not limited to, four specific criteria:
- Unique shopping/promotional offerings
- Customer engagement strategies
- Customer analysis
- Technology innovation
“This year’s winners are embracing new technology strategies featuring AI; they are working to improve personalization on many levels; and they are hyper-focused on mobile innovation,” said Debbie Hauss, Editor-in-Chief of Retail TouchPoints (pictured top left). “They are an impressive group!”
