Performics CEO Frederic Joseph Joins Mobile Ad Tech Startup S4M As COO and UK CEO
S4M (Solutions for Mobile) announced the appointment of Frederic Joseph as global COO and CEO UK. In a move that reflects a key shift in the online advertising industry, former CEO EMEA of Performics and ex-Chief Digital Officer Worldwide of ZenithOptimedia, Frederic Joseph, has joined the fast growing mobile ad tech pioneer to lead its global operations and head up the expansion of its UK and US office.
As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly prominent on marketing agendas and experts predict widespread integration of AI into our everyday lives by 2025, S4M has developed a world leading patent grade platform that makes mobile perform better for businesses.
A prominent figure in the digital media world, Frederic’s addition to S4M signifies a huge validation of both the patent grade technology developed by the Paris-based startup and also the direction in which the mobile marketing sector will be moving over the next years.
Frederic’s appointment will significantly bolster S4M’s management team following the company’s recent $8 Million Series A funding round for worldwide expansion, bringing a wealth of industry experience in key global roles to the fast growing startup.

With career highlights spanning over a decade; including serving as President for the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) France and in top management positions at Publicis and Saatchi, Frederic will be based in London and is charged with the mission to develop and accelerate S4M’s operations with a focus, in the first instance, on the UK market.

Sopkic most recently served as Vice President of sales at Sociomantic Labs and previously, Regional Vice President of Criteo. Patrao join Adadyn from Edifecs, and brings more than 13 years of software engineering experience having previously led global projects at Microsoft and Amazon. With Sopkic’s impressive track record in sales and Patrao’s consistent ability to streamline operations across global teams and build successful solutions for multiple domains, together they will help Adadyn carry out its next phase of growth to further enable mid-size agencies and marketers to have access to programmatic and creative channels.

KRE8 MEDIA Promotes Eureka Vanterpool to Senior Vice President, Operations
Kre8 Media, a DRTV, digital media, and brand advertising agency, has promoted longtime employee Eureka Vanterpool to the new position of Senior Vice President, Operations. The announcement was made today by T. Lee Cutler, Founder/CEO, Kre8 Media.
In her new position, Vanterpool, who had been Director of Client Services, will spearhead a variety of executive duties covering the areas of operations, human resources, information systems, traffic, new business coordination and agency promotion and communications.
