S4M (Solutions for Mobile) announced the appointment of Frederic Joseph as global COO and CEO UK. In a move that reflects a key shift in the online advertising industry, former CEO EMEA of Performics and ex-Chief Digital Officer Worldwide of ZenithOptimedia, Frederic Joseph, has joined the fast growing mobile ad tech pioneer to lead its global operations and head up the expansion of its UK and US office.

Adadyn, an advertising technology platform provider, announced the senior appointments of Rob Sopkic as Senior Vice President of Sales and Rowena Patrao as Vice President of Platform Engineering along with milestones from the first half of 2015.

Meeting a growing demand among mid-size businesses and brands with conservative budgets to have easier access to end-to-end programmatic and dynamic creative services, Adadyn expanded coast-to-coast with offices in San Francisco and most recently, New York. Adadyn also established a subsidiary in Singapore to support sales and marketing and strengthen its foothold in the APAC region, while expanding partnerships with industry leaders.

With the addition of Sopkic and Patrao to the team, Adadyn will continue on its aggressive growth trajectory and development in the US and abroad. Sopkic brings close to 20 years of industry experience, from leading adtech sales and strategic partnerships within sectors from travel to retail, to ecommerce marketing on both the demand side and supply side platforms.

Sopkic most recently served as Vice President of sales at Sociomantic Labs and previously, Regional Vice President of Criteo. Patrao join Adadyn from Edifecs, and brings more than 13 years of software engineering experience having previously led global projects at Microsoft and Amazon. With Sopkic’s impressive track record in sales and Patrao’s consistent ability to streamline operations across global teams and build successful solutions for multiple domains, together they will help Adadyn carry out its next phase of growth to further enable mid-size agencies and marketers to have access to programmatic and creative channels.

“eMarketer forecasts US programmatic digital display ad spending is expected to be $20.41 billion by 2016, but at the rate Adadyn is growing, it’s possible that prediction is only the tip of the iceberg,” says Sopkic, SVP of Sales, Adadyn. “Adadyn is positioned for explosive growth and I’m excited to bring my unique perspective and experience to the team to help take the company further and ensure even more midsize agencies and marketers are benefiting from its cost-effective, comprehensive and easy-to-manage programmatic and creative solutions.”

A snapshot of company-by-the-numbers achievements for H1 2015 include:
• 2 billion desktop impressions daily
• 300 million mobile impressions daily
• 136 countries served
• Over 1 million fraudulent impressions detected and rejected daily

Having grown by over 400% YoY in 2014 and experiencing over 40% growth in impression volume from the 40 billion average in 2014, the company is beefing up its engineering team and scaling up sales, account management and marketing in the US. Earlier this year, Adadyn added Priya Subramani, Vice President of Product, to its Leadership Team. Subramani formerly held senior positions at both Yahoo! and Collective.

Adadyn continues to strengthen engineering, sales and marketing teams worldwide

Within the next six months, Adadyn plans to have at least 20 employees working out of its US offices, and 120 employees globally. Planned future hires include data scientists, senior software engineers, and multiple big data platform engineers both in the U.S. and India. We look forward to continued momentum into the second half of the year and beyond as we continue to scale, helping digital marketers make the most of their advertising budgets.”

KRE8 MEDIA Promotes Eureka Vanterpool to Senior Vice President, Operations

Kre8 Media, a DRTV, digital media, and brand advertising agency, has promoted longtime employee Eureka Vanterpool to the new position of Senior Vice President, Operations. The announcement was made today by T. Lee Cutler, Founder/CEO, Kre8 Media.

In her new position, Vanterpool, who had been Director of Client Services, will spearhead a variety of executive duties covering the areas of operations, human resources, information systems, traffic, new business coordination and agency promotion and communications. She will assist Mr. Cutler in the development of numerous organizational policies and goals; help lead the agency in terms of clients, staff, new business and overall direction; monitor agency profitability; explore growth opportunities in terms of new services or profit centers; and assist in the recruitment of potential new employees.

Regarding Vanterpool’s new title, Cutler said, “Eureka’s talent, experience and people skills have earned her this well-deserved promotion. Over the years, she has truly gained the respect of her peers through her solution-focused attitude, team-oriented spirit, and her extensive experience with big accounts. Our idea of transitioning her into her new post of Senior VP of Operations felt organic, as she has worked very closely with me over the years. She has taken upon herself the role of strategic adviser to me as our agency has grown in both its talent and capabilities. As we believe strongly in cultivating talent through training and mentoring – one of the key elements to any successful business – I am delighted to be announcing her promotion today.”

Adds Vanterpool, “Every client’s strategy is unique, but my focus has always been the same. I come to the office every day with the singular goal of maximizing sales and leads for my clients. Period. I would describe my leadership style as very hands-on, in both day-to-day operations as well as the big picture. My favorite quote is from legendary basketball coach John Wooden, who once said, ‘A player who makes a team great is much more valuable than a great player.’ I truly enjoy my role as a key player on a winning team.”
