We invested a majority stake in Komfo to help realize Sitecore’s vision of an end-to-end customer experience management platform with a seamlessly integrated social media solution. The time is right to bring this innovative product to the global market through Sitecore’s network,” said Michael Seifert, founder and CEO, Sitecore. “This is another exciting step in Sitecore’s evolution of building a fully connected yet easily manageable customer experience management tool. I look forward to sharing further developments in Sitecore’s social media roadmap in the coming months.”
