Centro Hires Michael Bruns as Chief Financial Officer
(ADOTAS) Chicago, IL – July 22, 2014 – Centro (www.centro.net), a provider of unified, enterprise-class software for digital advertising, today announced the addition of Michael Bruns as Chief Financial Officer. Bruns comes with an expansive management and investment banking career focused on guiding the growth of cloud-based, enterprise software companies. He has helped numerous companies grow and solidify market position by raising capital, leading mergers and acquisitions, and enhancing financial and accounting infrastructure.
Bruns has more than 20 years of experience building and advising technology companies through their entire lifecycle from early-stage financing through IPO or sale. As CFO/COO of ClearTrial, a global provider of SaaS eClinical applications for the life sciences industry, he led the due diligence, transaction negotiation, and integration when the company was acquired by Oracle Corp. Most recently, he was CFO/COO of Codifyd, a provider of cloud-based software and technology services for online retailers, distributors and manufacturers. Previously, Bruns was a senior technology investment banker with Robert W. Baird & Co. and with Jefferies & Co. He earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Michigan.
