BEIJING, February 25, 2014 (ADOTAS) — Criteo (Nasdaq:CRTO), a global leader in digital performance advertising, today officially announced the appointment of Ann Wang (pictured) as Managing Director China, to lead the Criteo business in one of its largest strategic growth markets globally. This is a newly created position to start full-fledged business in China. Criteo enables advertisers to effectively engage and convert customers online by delivering highly relevant and individually personalized advertising to customers whether they are on a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
Wang will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational execution and overall leadership of the China business. She will also focus on cultivating and strengthening relationships with advertisers, advertising agencies and publishers.

Wang has a wealth of experience in the industry and joins Criteo from Google where she most recently spearheaded the regional partner acquisition and mobile business for the Online Partnerships Group for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to Google, Wang worked with Intel and Nokia in various sales and marketing positions.
