And coming out of this initiative is Arnie, Arnold’s resident beer dispenser, which was developed through the same rapid prototype cycle the agency uses on client work.
The brainchild of Anthony Stellato, the agency’s head of research and prototyping, Arnie’s a conversation-starter, perfect party guest and a key feature on tours of the agency. He’s really great for talent — not just because of the free beer, but also because it is a real, tangible example of the tech opportunities available at an agency.
