AdVantage Networks Expands Executive Team, Naming Brendon Kensel as President
GLENDALE, CALIF. (Jan. 28, 2013) – AdVantage Networks, a leading digital advertising technology provider, announced Brendon Kensel (pictured) as President. Brendon brings more than 20 years of experience – leading emerging companies in the media, marketing, and technology sectors – and will work with the executive management team to identify and execute growth strategies for the company. He will be responsible for leading all revenue initiatives, and will oversee the ad sales and operations, advertising product management, and marketing teams. He will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth strategies and expanding its advertiser base.
“As the first advisor to AdVantage Networks back in 2010, Brendon understands the value-proposition that the AdVantage Networks Monetization Platform (AMP) offers our customers,” said David Grant, CEO of AdVantage Networks. “His marketing acumen and experience leading emerging technology companies makes him well-suited to position the company at the forefront of the ever-evolving digital advertising industry.”
Previously, Brendon served as the Managing Partner of Kensel & Co., an M&A and corporate development advisory firm, where he provided strategic counsel for digital media, marketing, and technology organizations. Brendon is also an active advisor to several companies including JockTalk, a first-of-its-kind social media platform for professional athletes and fans, and PrimaHealth Credit, a patient-friendly healthcare finance company.
“The AdVantage Networks solution is an industry game-changer that leverages data to produce rich customer profiles and predict intent much earlier in the purchase funnel,” said Kensel. “AdVantage enables operators of Internet networks to monetize their traffic while offering advertisers access to relevant audiences with unparalleled reach and customer segmentation – across multiple devices.”
