DoubleVerify Appoints Wayne Gattinella as Chief Executive Officer


NEW YORK (September 25, 2012) – DoubleVerify, the world leader in online media verification, today announced the appointment of Wayne Gattinella to the position of CEO and Director.

Gattinella was previously CEO and President of WebMD (NASDAQ: WBMD), the leading source for health and wellness information, and replaces Oren Netzer, who will become Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer of DoubleVerify. In this new role Netzer will focus on the development of new products and innovative solutions for the market.

Under Wayne’s ten-year leadership WebMD evolved as the most recognized and trusted brand of health information for consumers and healthcare professionals, reaching over 100 million unique users per month. During that time he significantly expanded the company’s revenues and profitability into one of the world’s preeminent sites for large brand advertisers.
