“David is a proven leader across digital and media industries,” said Lars Albright, co-founder and CEO of SessionM. “His wealth of experience and unique perspective on driving consumer engagement will be invaluable as we continue to build our brand and help create a better mobile experience for consumers, publishers and advertisers.”
In his role at TWCC, one of Kenny’s largest priorities is to spearhead the further development of a comprehensive, integrated strategy to accelerate its growth in the United States and internationally. The Weather Channel properties are the most popular source of weather news and information, reaching 163 million people – which includes 33 million monthly unique users through its mobile platform.
“It’s never been a more exciting time to work in the digital sector, especially in regard to mobile,” said Kenny. “SessionM is distinctly positioned in this high-growth market. I’m impressed by what the team has accomplished to date but even more excited for its future and look forward to being a part of it.”
