ADOTAS – In spite of a short week here on account of Memorial Day, which results in much of the U.S. returning to work on Tuesday already in “summer slow-down” mode, there’s nonetheless been some motion among the executive offices around the industry. Here’s a brief rundown of the latest high-level hires we’ve heard about before you head out for another (albeit normal-length) weekend. • Video advertising tech platform Unruly Media has hired Laura Gaffney as its vice president of business development. Previously, she’d overseen the development of NetShelter Technology Media’s publisher network, and created and managed that company’s non-direct revenue unit.
• Nathan Fong has been named chief financial officer of mobile web services provider Motricity. He comes most recently from Atrinsic, Inc., where he’d been chief financial officer and interim chief executive officer.
• John Rosso is now president of market development at digital content management and monetization company Triton Digital. This is a new role for the company. Most recently, he’d been president of Citadel Media Networks.
• Online video ad platform Videology has named Chad Schulte its vice president of sales. Previously, he’d been vice president of platform sales at Brand.net.
