Covario’s Rio SEO Acquires Top Local Search


ADOTAS Rio SEO, Covario‘s suite of online marketing services was emboldened today by the acquisition of Top Local Search, which brings five hyperlocal SEO services to the table. These will be added to Rio’s all-star search, social media, content marketing automation and analytics tools.

Top Local’s services complement to Covario’s recently launched Rio reporting and automation suite, defined as hyperlocal SEO tools, which will allow businesses to generate online traffic at a level localized to a specific store. According to a statement issued by Corvario, Top Local Search founder and CEO Bill Connard will join Covario along with his SEO services, saying in the statement, “Our products perfectly complement and extend the Rio SEO suite for local SEO.  This puts Rio SEO in a stronger position to address the multi-location business market, particularly from a localization and mobile marketing perspective.”

The suite of five services each address a separate aspect of SEO localization, including generating web and mobile traffic, ensuring up-to-date yellow pages and maps listings across the major search engines, and providing analytics.  The components of the Rio Suite now include the following: Rio SEO Location Finder, Rio SEO Mobile Location Finder, Rio SEO Local Search Optimizer, Rio SEO Local Map Optimizer, and Rio SEO IYP Link Organizer. Together, these services position a business to take optimal advantage of m-commerce while making sure customers are easily directed to their physical locations, too.

The new Rio services are SaaS based software that will give customers in a particular area not only a bunch of information, but also access to coupons and promotions that will ultimately increase both web and foot traffic. It seems that finding the sweet spot for optimal levels of each will provide formulas for marketing success in new media and m-commerce. It will be interesting to see what the new Rio SEO acquisition shows about buying habits.
