In Memory of Sebastian Quezada
ADOTAS – Sebastian Quezada sadly passed away last week in his home. He leaves a beautiful daughter, a loving family and hundreds of friends. We would like to extend our condolences to his family, his wonderful daughter and all the industry friends who were touched by Sebastian.
Sebastian was personally a very good friend to me for many years. I first met him while he was employed at CyberReps as a salesman. He made quite an impression on me, and eventually I hired him. We were all growing up in those days, conquering the world of internet advertising and building the future. Sebastian conquered life and work through building special relationships with people. He always looked for a common spark or bond between people and connected. It wasn’t one of those Dale Carnegie-concocted type of connections — it was real; it was deep. He loved to be with you, getting to know you and finding out what made you special. Sebby was also an incredible chef and one of the smartest people I knew. He loved to learn and understand anything he was exposed to and insisted on telling you all about it with a little tall-tale embellishment for effect. His stories were legendary.
As time marched on and we all grew up through the ups and downs of life and the business, I watched Sebastian become a dad. I clearly remember when he announced to me that he was going to be a father, and there was a glow, a joy in his eyes that made it clear that this was who he was going to conquer and connect with next. This was his most important purpose in life. Sebby went on to be an exceptional dad and to bless his daughter with who he was. I held my own daughters very close the night I learned of his death and was so sad that they didn’t meet him.
There is so much to say about Sebastian, and for the many of you who knew him, I invite you to do so. I am just happy I had the opportunity to know Sebby and to have my memories. He will be very, very missed.
– Bob

Got this today from DMConfidential. Hagai and the crew giving back to peeps in the industry. Was great to see this type of love and wanted to share with everyone.
Quoted from DMConfidential email today:
“Relationships endure beyond any device, and they are truly priceless. The realities of life, unfortunately, do have a price. That is why we would like to do what Silver Carrot has done, making a donation to a worthwhile cause. Like them, we are donating to The Isabella Quezada Fund. As Silver Carrot wrote, “This fund was created in memory of our dear friend and colleague, Sebastian Quezada, who recently passed away without life insurance or savings, to assist his family with taking care of his beautiful 5-year old daughter’s daily or future needs.”
Any and all donations can be sent:
