Part of a suite of Marketing APIs that also include a Pages API and an Insights API, the Ads API enables users to automate creation of ad campaigns as well as performance analytics. While it was designed with agencies and ad-tech providers for SMBs in mind, any advertiser looking to scale its Facebook advertising efforts can use the technology.
For those overwhelmed by this API funny business, Facebook has shared a list of ad-tech vendors that have already integrated the Ads API on the Facebook Marketing API Partners page. I wonder how quickly that list will expand….
