Welcome Aboard: Pub Vet Edmund-Jones Joins Rubicon

ADOTAS – Publishing industry veteran Nigel Edmund-Jones has joined revenue optimizer The Rubicon Project as director of publisher services. Edmund was last seen at Haymarket Consumer Media, where he was in charge of the day-to-day business for online display advertising trafficking, systems and operations.

Joseph Epstein is the new chief marketing officer at Digital Broadcasting Group after a seven-year tenure at Sony, where he last held the position of vice president digital marketing.

AOL ad server ADTECH has promoted Lou Severine from vice president of sales for the Americas and Australia to head of global sales.

Metacafe announced three new hires: former IGN Vice President of Sales Derek Rudd as vice president of East Coast Sales; Ad.ly, SocialVibe, Gorilla Nation and Specific Media veteran Dana Drazin as East Coast sales director and former Mediaedge Senior Online Planner Garo Khachatoorian as regional sales manager.

Social media marketer Spring Creek Group has named Kevin O’Reilly director of social marketing analytics and research. O’Reilly comes from Expedia, where he served as senior manager of business intelligence; before that he spent five years at T-Mobile in the company’s loyalty and strategy analysis division.

Longtime MediaCom executive Adam Krumwiede has joined agency Gotham Direct as executive vice president and group media director.

Drew Atherton has become the first chief financial officer of sports media network Bleacher Report. Atherton most recently served as chief operating and chief financial officer of eNom, the registrar services division of Demand Media
