Quantivo Presents: Understanding Customer Behavior Patterns (June 8, 2011)
ADOTAS – Please join Quantivo in New York for an executive seminar titled, “Know your customers by what they do, not who they are.” This seminar is designed for marketing executives and features presentations plus an industry round table discussion. During the first half of the session, we will discuss the massive amounts of data you capture every day and what it can tell you about your customers and their behavior. Understand how patterns of behavior across various touch points – your website, in-store, social media, and more – can enable you to define actionable segments and focus your efforts and investments in programs that have proven to be effective.
Following this presentation about Customer Behavior Analytics, we will be hosting a customer round table over a complementary happy hour complete with hor d’oeuvres and iPad drawing. Our group of industry professionals will speak in an open forum about the solutions they have discovered, and how integrating data has become essential component to the marketing activities of their company. You will learn how to use customer behavior analytics to understand cross-channel behavior patterns, leading to improved marketing effectiveness and conversion rates, and increased margin and revenue.
There will also be a drawing to win a FREE iPad! Join us for complimentary cocktails and learn how to segment your customers based on behavior, not just demographics. Learn More and register here.
