ADOTAS – Adobe is looking out for the revenue aims of digital publishers eyeing the tablet market. The software company will integrate MediaLets’ mobile advertising platform SDK into the Adobe Content Viewer of the enterprise edition of its digital publishing suite, giving mobile publishers a complete workflow solution for creating and monetizing tablet pubs.
First available for Content Viewer with iPad, enterprise publishers will be able to use Medialets overlays as ad stand-ins when putting together pages in InDesign. Then publishers who also work with Medialets will be about to use the mobile platform to serve targeted rich media display ads.
“The integration of the Medialets platform will increase ad monetization potential for publications using Digital Publishing Suite, as well as improve the efficiency for delivering ad creative in publications on tablet devices,” said David Wadhwani, Adobe senior vice president of Creative and Interactive Solutions. “Publishers will be able to take advantage of a set of tightly integrated solutions that cover all aspects of the advertising workflow, from content creation to delivery to analytics.”
