Wayne D. Thorsen is the first person to hold the newly created position of vice president of strategic partnerships at data seller BlueKai. Thorsen was last seen at Krux Digital, where he held the position of vice president of business development. Before that, he was director of strategic partnerships at Microsoft.
Mark Kovscek is joining social media consultancy Converseon as senior vice president of Enterprise Analytics, a new position. Over his 18-year career, Kovscek has held analytic positions at Publicis Groupe’s Vivaki Nerve Center, Starcom MediaVest and Price Waterhouse.

Lead generation firm Neverblue has added Breen Liblong as director of technology. With 20 years of industry experience, Liblong was most recently vice president of product development at Wurldtech Security Technologies.
Web.com, which provides online marketing services for small business, welcomed Phillip J. Facchina to its board of directors. In addition to being a partner at hedge fund Ramsey Asset Management, Facchina is also chief operating officer.
