Media Mixers: Yeah, Adotas Knows a Good Time

mixer_smallADOTAS – A packed soiree at Cipriani on Wall St. last night was a testament to the hosting prowess of Adotas — OK, we had some help from Kitara Media and Digital Media Events. Still, our pre-ad:tech event — because everyone knows the conference is better when you’re hungover — proved that not only can we write about the industry, we can party like the players.

Between sips of quality booze, industry networkers nibbled on appetizers such as including freshly fried plantains, fried crabmeat bites and prosciutto wrapped around a crispy bread stick, the best example of meat on a stick I’ve ever consumed. I’m sorry corndogs, I’m not going to be able to go back.

Selling Source executives such as President Glen Mckay chatted it up with an assortment of industry professionals, while Bob Regular, publisher of Adotas and president of Kitara (which was acquired by Selling Source earlier this year along with the Q Interactive Network), spread his charm ’round every corner — and I’m not just saying that because he’s my boss…
