ADOTAS – Publisher platform The Rubicon Project was the talk of ad:tech NY last week, mainly because the company announced the purchase of the Fox Audience Network on Monday, Nov. 1. All the chatter brought an impressive crowd to the company’s cocktail party last Thursday at the Penthouse Lounge, which was hopping from the get-go.
Rubicon CEO Frank Addante had no time for fun and booze — he was too busy on the West Coast working on the integration of the FAN team. However, there plenty of other gushing Rubicon executives, as well as representatives from clients such Yahoo and IAC, slurping up the excitement of the moment.
