Got Funds? KENSHOO Gets Cash Injection From Sequoia
ADOTAS – Opening up new offices is so much easier when you have somebody footing the bill. Search marketer KENSHOO received its fourth cash injection from investor Sequoia Capital in a late-stage round of funding. The amount was undisclosed — a true startup never tells.
The funds will go towards opening two new offices in Europe — Germany and Paris are being mulled over — and to expand operations in Asia. The company recently expanded to a fourth continent with an office in Sydney.
Through search management and optimization platforms KENSHOO Search and KENSHOO Local, the Israel-based company claims it has doubled its valuation over the last two years and is running a profit.
Since 1972 Sequoia has had an impressive track record when it comes to tech investments — perhaps you’ve hear of Apple? Oracle? Cisco? Little company called Google?
