bossADOTAS – Moxie Interactive veteran Paul Santello — who oversaw all digital strategy and planning for the Fox Theatrical, Searchlight and Home Entertainment BusinessEvolve — is coming to Evolve Media as senior vice president of brand sales and marketing. Before serving time at Moxie, Santello was executive vice president and executive client director for Carat.

Loyalty Labs has given the role of president to Keith Rose, who has led loyalty, rewards and CRM programs for major brands such as Visa, United Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Macy’s, Wal-Mart, Wells Fargo, and Hewlett-Packard. With two decades of experience, Rose has also served as executive vice president of Carlson Marketing Group, vice president of Charles Schwab and brand manager at Procter & Gamble.

Industry veteran John Cate has joined digital advertising agency Mediasmith as executive vice president and general manager. In addition to serving as vice president and media director for Leftfield PLC, TBWA Chiat/Day, Ketchum and assistant media director at McCann Erikson, Cate was previously executive vice president and general manager for Carat/Aegis PLC.

In addition to changing its name from Revenue Empire, Walla Media has brought Chris Clark to the position of chief marketing officer. Clark was previously director of sales for Diablo Media.

Mobile social network MocoSpace has promoted Matt Kojalo to vice president of business development, Christian Rubio to vice president of community management and Ben Perry to vice president of advertising operations.

Mobile ad network Rhythm NewMedia has expanded its sales team, adding Melissa Dickman as New York sales manager; Bill Condon as Southeast sales manager; Chip Kanne as West Coast sales manager; and Elisha Carsrud as national account manager.

Pop culture publisher BUZZMEDIA has boosted its editorial team with the addition of former Aol News Editor in Chief and New York Times veteran Mike Porath in the newly created position of senior vice president of programming and former MSN Wonderwall founding Editor in Chief Alex Blagg in the role of executive editor of Celebuzz

Data aggregator AlmondNet has promoted Michael Benedek from vice president of business development to president.

Lisa Clarke takes the title of president at RALLY Marketing, a bump up from her roles as vice president of operations and chief operating officer.
