Digital Media MBA Happy Hour at Bowery Wine Company
Date: 3/22/10 – 6:30 pm
Location: Bowery Wine Company, 13 East 1st Street, New York, NY
Cost: Free
Description:
With winter weather still hammering NYC we thought that we’d brighten up your days with another great Digital Media MBA Happy Hour. Please join us again this month when we will be joined by Ben Lerer who is the co-founder of Thrillist, a leading daily email service that represents the evolution of both male lifestyle and local city guide content. Ben and his co-founder have built a profitable national brand that consistently sells out its ad space — at up to triple-digit CPMs — while other online publishers search for ways to unload their remnant ad inventory. If you want to hear about a true startup success story, please stop by and introduce yourself to this member of Inc. magazine’s “30 Under 30: America’s Coolest Young Entrepreneurs.”
We’ve been glad to hear that many attendees of our events have been making business connections as well as discovering potential job leads in NYC. We’re also thrilled that we’ve been adding new names to our membership list as word spreads that our happy hours are a fun and relaxing environment for meeting digital media MBAs from leading business schools as well as interesting execs from around the digital media community. If you haven’t come before, take this email as your invitation to join the best group of Digital Media MBAs — and those who love them.
We’ll be returning this month to Bowery Wine Company where we will receive special happy hour prices on food and drinks.
You can RSVP here, or just show up.
