ADOTAS – Social media ad network Technorati has lured in Karin Marke as vice president of West Coast sales. With 20 years of sales management experience under her belt, Marke was most recently vice president of sales for Glam Media and previously vice president of sales at MySpace, where she was the third member to join the sales organization.
Dynamic ad-maker Dapper appointed James Beriker president and chief executive officer and made room for him on the board of directors. Most recently Beriker was president and CEO of Efficient Frontier. Eran Shir, co-founder and former president and CEO, will shift to the position of chief technical officer.
Former Sphere/AOL executive Jeff Yolen has joined in-image advertiser Image Space as executive vice president of sales and business development.
Clayton LiaBraaten, former KGB Answers senior vice president of marketing and sales, has joined data hound TARGUSinfo as general manager of content solutions.
Independent digital agency Blue Barracuda has brought on Jonny Style and Curtis Weir from Profero, where they planned and bought media across several digital channels.
David Bell, former chairman and CEO of both the Interpublic Group and True North Communications, has been given a seat on targeting company Resonate’s board of directors.
Marketer SWIRE introduced Chris Palmisano as vice president of client solutions, who will help expand the recently opened New York City office. Palmisano was most recently a senior vice president at Young & Rubicam.
