Gillis is an industry veteran whose background includes tenures at Larsen Design + Interactive and Azul 7.

The Digital Partnership, a United Kingdom-based B2B digital business advertising network, has partnered with Bizo to introduce the company’s Bizographic ad-targeting system to the U.K. B2B market.

Will Hodgman, the executive vice president of comScore’s international operations, has joined Mpire’s Board of Directors. VMIX has partnered with Qikto deliver mobile live streaming services. The companies are integrating Qik’s mobile live streaming technology with VMIX’s online video platform to provide VMIX clients with a seamless solution for live, mobile and on-demand video.

There is a new coupon/cash back reward site that just launched this year called LiliDeals. LiliDeals.com is not as laser-focused on coupons as RetailMeNot, but it is very focused on women as a target audience.
