Q Interactive Acquires Experian’s Vente
ADOTAS – With its second acquisition in less than six months, Q Interactive is bulking up to become more than just an ad network, but a data powerhouse and an unparalleled resource for behavioral targeting.
The company announced it has acquired consumer survey kingpin Vente from Experian, a move that will amplify its lead generation, email and display advertising capabilities. Vente will act as a subsidiary to Q Interactive and assist in delivering potent information about consumers through surveys as well as superior leads.
“Vente is a like-minded partner, known for unique ability to accurately identify and deliver in depth information on niche consumers,” said Q Interactive President Matt Wise. “We share ‘white hat’ values and a commitment to permission, privacy and relevance.”
This acquisition comes only a few months after Q Interactive added Postmaster Direct to its arsenal. The company’s patented double opt-in email capabilities bolstered Q Interactive’s blooming email advertising network and establishing a position in the B2B arena.
“The acquisition of Vente, following up on the acquisition of Postmaster Direct… positions Q Interactive as one of the largest and highest-quality lead generation companies in the world,” stated Niuniu Ji, chairman of Intrepid Investments, the owner of Q Interactive. “Vente… is an ideal fit for Q’s industry-leading behavioral targeting technology.”
