Jaci Hays has been promoted to National Vice President of Sales, Games & Music, and Danielle Ryniker has joined the division as Regional Vice President, East Coast.
Hays, a gaming industry veteran, previously served as Vice President of Sales for GameSpot where she helped transform GameSpot into the number one gaming property worldwide, and extend GameSpot’s advertiser base into non-endemic categories like consumer packaged goods, telecom and entertainment. As National Vice President, Hays is responsible for setting the direction of the US sales strategy for the company’s Games and Music properties, including GameSpot and Last.fm.
In Ryniker’s new role, she is responsible for managing the East Coast Sales team and growing consumer accounts. Previously, Ryniker was Director of Sales, East Coast of Double Fusion where she built out the Casual Games business unit. Prior to Double Fusion, Ryniker worked with Google as part of the East Coast Sales team, where she developed innovative and strategic programming across all verticals, including a number of cross platform programs anchored on YouTube which leveraged Google Content Network, Gadgets, TV, print and radio for clients including Bacardi, Discovery Networks, ING, P&G, Unilever, and Zales.
Simon Gill and Laura Jordan-Bambach have been promoted to joint Executive Creative Director for the marketing, technology and creative agency.
Laura Jordan-Bambach has been instrumental on winning pitches for 118 118 since arriving from Glue in January where she was Head of Art. At LBi she also works on the British Red Cross, Etihad, and M&S. She will also be working on a possible global rebrand of the digital agency with Chris Clarke. She has over 50 pieces of award winning work in her portfolio. Laura launched SHE SAYS which is an inspirational charity inspiring women in digital. She judges D&AD Black Pencil, One Show Digital and Creative Circle to name but a few.
Simon Gill has worked at LBi for 3 years. He works across all key accounts including Tourism Ireland, Orange, HMV and Barratt Homes. In terms of awards, he’s won Epicas, Crestas, New York Festival, Bima, Guardian MEGA, Campaign Digital, Webby, NMA Effectiveness & London International.
Dan Huffer joins the company as an account executive. As the first Specific Media team member based in Minneapolis, Huffer brings more than seven years of experience in advertising, marketing and public relations to the organization. He previously served as a national account executive at CareerBuilder.com, where he specialized in online advertising and recruiting solutions for Fortune 500 companies and regional healthcare systems
