Glam Media departure


shopping.jpgADOTAS — Glam Media, the lifestyle ad network, has seen a second executive leave in a month.

John Trimble will leave his post as Glam Media’s EVP of sales, according to paidContent. Trimble came to Glam after five years at Fox Interactive Media.

Earlier this month, Comcast Interactive Media appointed entertainment media and digital advertising industry veteran Scott Schiller as its Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales, overseeing sales for Fandango, Fancast, and Plaxo. He was Glam Media’s Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and its original Chief Revenue Officer.

According to Paidcontent, the company will end Q1 with ad revenues up nearly 50 percent. A female-leaning network, Glam Media has expanded with a men’s vertical content network and recently, under Brash, partnered with sports blogging network SB Nation.
