		<description>This was a great article Dianna.  Can you tell us if there is any way we can scam Nigerians and Chinese people out of their money? Wouldn&#039;t it be great if we can do that? Maybe then these countries would be willing to prevent these types of scams from originating from their country.  In the case of Nigeria, this will never happen because they have no other way of bringing revenue into their country, very sad.</description>
