WordPress isn’t just for blogs anymore. Following publishing strategies and utilizing plugins, you can turn WordPress into a flexible content management system (CMS). Consultant, designer, and developer Johnathan Andersen (www.johnathanandersendesign.com) will share his experience in the online content publishing industry and how you can use WordPress to build and manage your own online magazine and make money. We will take a look at several leading content publishing websites and how you can create similar features on your own online magazine using plugins and following particular publishing strategies.
Even standard blogging websites will benefit from the techniques and plugins discussed here.
This presentation will be for all levels of WordPress users who want to learn more about what WordPress can do for their personal businesses.
As always there will be time for networking after the presentation.
