NetShelter Lands $11.1M Funding Round


cashregister3.jpgADOTAS – NetShelter Technology Media has scored a recession-proof $11.1 million round of Series A funding from Rho Canada, GrowthWorks Canadian Fund and JLA Ventures. The technology blog aggregator plans to use the funding to develop its Open Media advertising system and compete with rival publishers like CNET.

Open Media was designed for brand marketers that hope to engage with consumer and B2B tech buyers.

NetShelter recently opened offices in New York and San Francisco and says it reaches 9.3% of the U.S. online audience.
