ADOTAS — Searching for a public toilet? Find an iPhone.

SitOrSquat, an ad-supported site and mobile application, by Danika Landers and Jonathan Glanz, allows users to find nearby bathrooms. You don’t realize how important this is, until you realize how important it is.

This has long been a sport in NYC. I remember being sent to the Plaza Hotel, before it closed for renovation, when I had an emergency. It was like being allowed into a members-only club. Talk about swanky. For tourists, it could be a godsend. The ap can be downloaded on either an iPhone or BlackBerry.

As Glanz told the Times: “Think of it as a restaurant review site, but for toilets.”

See, I think this might be a good time to see what would happen if we revisited MySpace, but made the ads slightly bigger... with more strobe effect.
