Investments from an international group of investors, led by Signature Capital LLC and including Northport Private Equity, will help the citizen journalism hub continue to build tight partnerships with leading publishers and provide support for the launch of new digital media products, the company said.

Access 360 Media has raised $8 million in a Series B round of funding led by Mission Ventures. Bessemer Venture Partners also participated. Access 360 Media operates an out-of-home media network that incorporates in-store, online and mobile components.
