Publicis Increases Digi Presence With PBJS Buy
ADOTAS – Publicis Groupe is snapping up PBJS – yet another sign that the company is putting more of its eggs in its digital basket. Currently, Digitas, Starcom MediaVest Group, Performics and ZenithOptimedia Group, are already under its interactive umbrella. Financial details were not disclosed.
PBJS was launched in 2003 by a group that included two previous Microsoft execs, and the digital marketing/event production company has maintained strong ties to the software giant. The company will operate under Publicis as a separate brand.
PBJS’ clients include AT&T, Smart Balance Foods and Sephora.
