datacenter.jpgADOTAS – The Media Kitchen is teaming up with Visual IQ to provide clients with marketing dashboards and custom displays of marketing campaign results in the hopes of dramatically increasing campaign performance. The dashboard has been dubbed Blender.

Blender utilizes a custom version of Visual IQ’s Intelligence Platform to enable The Media Kitchen to aggregate and analyze their clients’ campaign reports and data from a variety of sources, including advertising related sources, social media tracking, Web site prospect data, and customer related data sources.

So why is this dashboard different?

“Unlike many of the global agency holding companies that are trying (unsuccessfully) to build internal solutions, The Media Kitchen has chosen to partner for its dashboarding needs,” Alan Osetek, Executive Vice President of Visual IQ, told ADOTAS. “Why? It allows Visual IQ to do do what they do well, build and manage the dashboards the data behind the scenes, and it allows The Media Kitchen to focus on utilizing the output to improve their clients’ results and campaigns.”

“The Blender has replaced the reporting interface of many of our current providers such as ad servers, rich media partners, search vendors, and so on,” Darren Herman, Head of Digital Media for The Media Kitchen, chimed in. “The internal teams here at The Media Kitchen will log directly into the Blender on a daily basis rather than those of the past in turn, potentially marginalizing their value in this new world of metrics.”

The dashboard was also created to fight the increasing amount of fragmentation in the online space. “Media is fragmenting, pure and simple,” Herman said. “As media agencies use more and more technologies to serve and track campaigns, you need one central place for measurement, analytics, and optimizations. We hope that the central place is the Blender that we’ve built with VisualIQ. Any marketer who wants to be competitive in the media world will need further business intelligence and actionable analytics, and this is exactly why we need to employ custom dashboards.”

Visual IQ is a leading provider of enterprise software for next-generation digital marketing business intelligence. Visual IQ’s customers include industry leaders among the Fortune 500 that have deployed Visual IQ’s analytics to gain an information advantage over their competitors.

The Media Kitchen is a new kind of media strategy, planning, buying and management company designed to address the gamut of communications challenges clients face today. Clients include Panasonic, Limited Brands, PBS, Delta Airlines, Starz, CIT Group, Mohegan Sun, Windstream Communications, Strong American Schools, and Bank of NY Mellon.
