M&A Round-Up: ClickSquared, AMP, Bonnier Go to Market
ADOTAS – Lead generation and email marketing shop ClickSquared purchased the U.K.-based online marketer Rocket Science in a bid to expand in Europe. Financial details were not disclosed. All 27 employees of Rocket Science will be folded into ClickSquared and report directly to Andrew Campbell, the managing director of ClickSquared Europe.
Experiential marketing agency AMP has purchased digital media agency Fulgent Media Group for an undisclosed sum. Fulgent Media Group’s staff joins AMP effective immediately, under the newly named “AMP Media Services.”
Publishing house Bonnier Corp. has snapped up Working Mother Media from MCG Capital and founder Carol Evans. Financial terms were not disclosed.
