Funding Round-Up: Trion, Ooma, Adap.tv, CityVoter.com

Online gamers Trion World Network has raised a whopping $70 million in its third round of financing. Act II Capital led; DCM, Trinity Ventures, Rustic Canyon, Time Warner and Peacock Equity all participated. So far, the company has raised more than $100 million.

Startup Ooma just got $16 million in funding from new investor Telecommunications Development Fund and existing investors Draper Fisher Jurvetson, WorldView Technology Partners, Founders Fund and WI Harper Group.

Adap.tv, creators of online video platform OneSource, has secured $13 million in Series B funding. The round was led by Spark Capital; Redpoint Venture and Gemini Israel Fund also participated. Adap.tv said it will use the financing to accelerate the development of its flagship offering Adap.tv OneSource and its adoption by video publishers and online ad networks.

Social media platform CityVoter.com closed a Series B round of $2.6 million. Allen & Company and Dace Ventures participated.
