Lifetime Buys ParentsClick

ADOTAS – Cue the soaring chick rock: Lifetime Networks has made its first digital acquisition. Lifetime Network has been making a serious push into the online market – and the purchase of ParentsClick Network underlines it. Financial details were not disclosed.

The privately held ParentsClick is known for its strong presence in the parenting category. Sites in the 200-strong network include MothersClick.com and MomBlogNetwork.com.

ParentsClicks’ founder and CEO, Dietrich von Behren will stay on board as VP of digital media and investments. Von Behren will report to Dan Suratt, EVP of digital media and business development at Lifetime.
