DigiMeld Raises $2M
ADOTAS – Startup video distributor DigiMeld has lassoed $2 million in a Series A round of financing from unspecified angels.
DigiMeld was founded by Alex Mashinsky, a chronic entrepreneur and holder of more than 50 patents. The company plans to use the cash to bulk up his team and position its site as a live video streaming portal.
The company focuses on grid streaming – an alternative to P2P and CDN’s.
