Proteus Rebranding To Lead To New Hires, Campaigns
ADOTAS – Proteus is playing the name game. The company, which bills itself as the leading provider of mobile marketing products and solutions to the U.S. and Latin American markets, has re-branded to become 2ergo Americas Inc. The switcheroo will bring it in line with its U.K.-based parent company 2ergo and will help its strategic growth plans, the company said.
Officially becoming 2ergo Americas Inc. will give the erstwhile Proteus greater access to the group’s products, resources and European reach to enhance the services it delivers to clients.
The change will also lead to new hires and fresh campaigns:
“We are recruiting for a few positions currently and will grow our staff as the business grows over the next few years,” Guy Vidra, pesident of 2ergo Americas told ADOTAS. “As we continue to create scalable, self-service solutions, our staff can handle a larger number of clients more efficiently. We will launch an email marketing campaign and search engine marketing in support of the re-brand. We also have a few product marketing efforts planned around our Swift, Via and MultiSend products that include email blasts and industry newsletters.”
2ergo was founded in 1999. Recent financial results for mid-year report revenues of 13% and pre-tax profit up by 20% year-over-year.
