ComScore Scoops Up M:Metrics
ADOTAS - Yesterday, comScore announced that it has bought M:Metrics, a mobile research firm in a deal that includes $44.3 million cash and options to buy 50,000 shares of comScore stock for M:Metrics option holders.
The acquisition closed on Wednesday after both the comScore board and shareholders of M: Metrics approved the deal. M: Metrics measures mobile advertising and data service use on cell phones.
