Googlers Confess
ADOTAS - With the newly integrated DoubleClick functioning under the massive Google umbrella, eyes have been focused in the firm’s direction (surprise, surprise) once again. This time there is upset over a reported one-year no compete contract that Google had DoubleClick employees sign right before the layoffs the following week. This contract, contrary to popular belief, apparently did not keep all DoubleClickers who signed it, safe from the chopping block.
It is no secret that the industry has a many different opinions about Google. But to get some of the real insight, we need to hear from the insiders. DoubleClickers(which are now officially Googlers) have been generous, but perhaps Googlers would like to step forward and have their side heard. Whether it is positive or negative, we are looking to hear from anonymous Google employees (the folks who will be actually honest) about what’s been going on.
How are employees of the firm that set a new standard for internet company employee management being treated now? What is the changing face of Google looking like from the inside? Is it even a changing face at all or one that has been revealing itself over the past couple years? Adotas would like to know. We are developing an article in which we asked for DoubleClickers to step forward and share, now we would like to give Googlers an opportunity to add in their two cents. If you have information you’d like to share, please email us at editor@adotas.com.
