EyeWonder Boosts Consumer Engagement With Ad Deal
ADOTAS – As social media explodes and consumers become increasingly engaged with individual brands, marketers find themselves grappling with the eroding barriers that used to exist between brands and people in the days of yore. Ecommerce and emarketing solution company UpSellit today announced a partnership with rich media and interactive advertising company EyeWonder, Inc. to address the shift in consumer thinking.
UpSellit’s SMARTchat Ads – virtual-chat technology that engages with customers – will be available through EyeWonder to provide rich media campaigns with customizable chat assistants who will answer consumers’ questions and boost engagement.
“Our partnership with Upsellit.com is another example of EyeWonder’s commitment to engaging with partners that can add meaning to our clients’ online ad campaigns,” said John Vincent, CEO of EyeWonder, in a release. “Their interactive chat technology brings a human element to rich media and video ad campaigns, and it provides an instant connection with customers that can deliver strong and quantifiable results for our advertisers.”
EyeWonder plans to offer all of its clients SMARTchat Ads; a virtual chat agent can converse with 10 or 10 million individuals at the same time – and through their reporting tools and chat logs, interactive advertisers can screen customer feedback on a real-time basis.
