Engauge Continues Acquisition Spree
ADOTAS – Next-gen marketing solutions agency Engauge announced today that it acquired Spunlogic, an independent digital agency. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
With the acquisition of Spunlogic, Engauge compliments its current capabilities in brand communication, behavioral research, direct marketing and data analytics. Engauge says it will leverage Spunlogic’s unique view of online behavior, digital creative capabilities and its interactive marketing capabilities, including lead generation, e-mail, ad-serving and online search campaigns.
Engauge now encompasses Engauge Communication (previously ad agency TedUnited), Engauge Direct (the erstwhile data and direct marketing agency Direct Impact), Engauge Digital (Spunlogic) and the digital technology development firm StreamRight.
Engauge’s clients include Airborne, Coca-Cola, Pert Plus, TiVo, UPS and Turner Broadcasting. The marketing agency was formed by Halyard Capital in partnership with Stan Rapp.
