Burst Launches Ad Network for Road-Tripping Fams
ADOTAS – Summer’s almost here and despite the economic doldrums, most families will plan some sort of getaway soon – and a new ad network has been created to target people in planning mode.
Burst Media, provider of interactive advertising services to Web publishers, today announced the launch of Burst Family Travelers Network, an online ad network for advertisers who want to reach consumers planning a family trip or vacation.
The network will cover a range of topics from destination info to travel tips and travelogues. It will be comprised of more than 180 Web sites, reaching 5.2 million unique visitors a month and delivering north of 80 million ad impressions.
“Being part of a premier advertising network of quality sites is important to us,” said Adrienne Vincent-Phoenix, CEO of MousePlanet.com, in a release. “MousePlanet.com takes away some of the challenge of planning a family vacation by providing extensive information and current news about Walt Disney theme parks and resort destinations. Being part of the Burst Family Travelers Network will give our audience more relevant advertising and also offers advertisers access to an audience of family travelers eager for travel information.”
The Burst Family Travelers Network provides advertisers with custom advertising, creative and rich media ad units that include expandables, in-banner video and interstitials as well as custom sponsorships. The network joins an array of other Burst Media branded vertical network offerings, including the Burst Life Stages Network, Burst Early Adopters Network, Burst Moms Network and the CDKitchen Cooking Network.
