Hearst And Clearspring Get “Widggy” With It
ADOTAS - Hearst Magazines Digital Media has announced a partnership with Clearspring, a syndicator and tracker of widgets, to build and help distribute innovative widgets. These particular widgets are being created for The Daily Green and Seventeen magazines. They will allow users to embed the applications into social networks, aggregators and blog platforms.

As the leader in the widget category, Clearspring is the perfect partner for this project. Not only will the applications help to drive more referral traffic from leading social networks, aggregator and blog sites, but they will also provide our growing roster of advertisers with creative advertising and sponsorship opportunities.”

The widgets will include referral links back to Hearst Magazines Digital Media sites as well as advertising units.
